Western Pacific Transport LLC to Purchase 100 percent of Centurion Heavy Haul Inc.

WPT is a privately owned company seeking to expand its operations into transportation and logistics for the Energy production sector, with specific emphasis on Wind Power generation.

Frank DeVries, President of CHH, said "that the proposed transaction will poise both companies to become one of the leaders in the rapidly growing field of Wind Power transportation." Typically, each Wind Power Generator requires as many as 7 trucks and custom designed trailers to transport the components from the port or manufacturer to their destination.
